Rights and Responsibilities of the Client

The client retains full intellectual property of the final content. The client retains full responsibility for the final content and its use. Tornillo Scientific requests that clients carefully review returned documents and highlight any concerns within 48 hours of completion. Tornillo Scientific reserves the right to fix identified problems within a reasonable amount of time, where 'reasonable time' is defined as a time period equal to that of the contracted job.

Rights and Responsibilities of Tornillo Consulting

Tornillo Scientific aims to reply to all requests for contact within 24 hours. Tornillo Scientific promises to complete all agreed upon works within the agreed upon time frame. Failure to do so following error on the part of Tornillo Scientific will result in a full refund. Tornillo Scientific reserves the right to change products' prices at any time. Tornillo Scientific reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
